4.3 Prohibitions

It is prohibited to use hosting for:

• Illegal activities

• Spam, phishing, malware

• Activities that overload the server

In case of violation, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account without refund.

5.1 Scope of work

Scope of work, deadlines and price are defined:

• through a written offer

• invoices

Anything not explicitly stated in the agreement is not considered an obligation of Techoli.

5.2 Revisions and changes

The number of revisions is limited and defined by agreement. Additional requests may be charged separately.

5.3 Responsibility

Techoli is not responsible for:

• Changes to requirements after project completion

• Problems caused by third-party plugins, themes or services

• Damage caused by improper use of the site by the client

6.1 Payment

Payments are made in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

6.2 Refunds

• Digital products: no refunds after delivery

• Hosting: refund is not possible after activation

• Services: refund possible only if the work has not started

Exceptions are possible only with a written agreement.

All content on the site (code, design, text, graphics, logo) is the intellectual property of Techoli Company LLC, unless otherwise noted.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall Techoli be liable for:
